Our role

Rhythmic Property Relocation Ltd is the housing provider in supported living arrangements. The day-to-day safeguarding duty for the people living in homes we manage rests with the regulated care provider operating each home.

RPR carries a housing-side safeguarding policy proportionate to that role.

What our policy covers

• Recognising safeguarding concerns that arise from the housing role — for example, a property condition that puts a resident at risk.
• Documented escalation routes to the care provider and the relevant Local Authority safeguarding team.
• Training requirements for RPR staff who attend our properties.
• Information-sharing protocols, governed by a written Data Sharing Agreement with each care partner.

Our named safeguarding lead

The RPR housing safeguarding lead is named in the Service Level Agreement for each placement and is available to the care provider and commissioning team. We do not publish the safeguarding lead’s name on this public page.

• If a resident is in immediate danger: call 999.
• For care or day-to-day safeguarding concerns about a specific resident: contact the regulated care provider operating that home, or the relevant Local Authority safeguarding team.
