Our commitment

Rhythmic Property Relocation Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships, and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

We apply the standard for transparency in supply chains required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015, in proportion to the size of our business. We are below the statutory turnover threshold that requires a published statement, but we have prepared this statement voluntarily.

Our operations

RPR is a small UK company with a small staff team, all directly employed and paid through PAYE in compliance with UK employment law. We do not engage casual or agency labour for any role that involves a resident or a home we manage.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain consists primarily of:

• Building contractors and tradespeople used during property refurbishment.
• Property compliance specialists (gas, electrical, fire-safety, Legionella).
• Furnishings and equipment suppliers.
• Professional services (legal, accounting, insurance).

We expect all suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to maintain their own due-diligence proportionate to their size.

Due diligence

• We carry out reasonable enquiries before engaging any new contractor for refurbishment work.
• We require sight of relevant trade qualifications and right-to-work documentation.
• We retain the right to terminate any contract where we identify modern-slavery indicators.
